Cornish pasty masterclass

Learn to bake like a local with St Mawes bakery- an accredited Cornish pasty maker (CP40)! Each class lasts two hours and price includes taking your pasty home and a cuppa and sweet treat while you’re waiting for your pasty to cook. 

As part of your class you will be spending the afternoon with two real Cornish bakers, husband and wife team Jane and Patrick Curtis, who will show you the secret to making a top notch Cornish pasty.
